Kimberly R. Booker has curated more than a decade of successful leadership in healthcare business, strategic initiatives, operations, networking and partnership development. Her superior organizational expertise has driven positive improvements in physician practices, ancillary service lines, and nursing service throughout the healthcare organization.
Her guidance in optimizing physician practices has fostered increased access to provider panels, increased scheduling for patient return-to-clinic as well as improved patient demographic capture. Her work in optimizing resources to gain the best return on investment for organizations and outpatient clinics is well known. She thrives on engaging and working with physician leaders, nursing staff, and administrative/business office staff to optimize services and relationships that enhance patient care.
